  10. It is possible that the ships were bots. But the server replay is no longer available and there is no client replay attached. But the most likely cause is the ships you destroyed were not 'players' but bots.

  13. What exactly is the issue? The graphic 'flashing' of the scenery or the sight moving around? Can you provide the missing information please. That also appears to be a custom sight that you are using. Please remove it and re-test as it indicates in the guidelines. If it is the scenery, then I cannot replicate it on my machine. Can you also provide the client replays as the server ones are no longer available it would seem. Thanks

  15. It appears that at some point you may have used troops to 'bypass' one of the buildings that need to be sabotaged (3 times). It appears that A8 was attacked by the force at A9 instead of having a sabotage group do that. But I could be wrong. I will submit this to the Developers, but the process does work. As you can see, I have my Merkava Mk 3D. Cheers
  16. Hi, In your clog file it indicates Hangar and Sound mods. Can you please remove them as asked for in the guidelines and retest. There are errors indicated to do with those mods in the clog. Those mods are not 'endorsed' by the Gaijin Development team. They are installed at the players responsibility and discretion. Your GPU is also running a 'little' hot. Not excessively but getting up there(76C). Maybe check for dust in the system as well.
  17. @dmmsupport Hi, Can we please get the images back. They have been removed. Can you please ensure that the players provide as much of the information asked for in the guidelines as possible. There is now a splash screen that presents to the players that asks the players to read and follow the guidelines and tick a checkbox indicating that the have done so.. With all the information provided up front we can spend less time chasing information that should be in reports anyway and have more time to actually test issues and pass information to the Developers. Folks complying with the guidelines will speed the resolution process. Your assistance in this regard is appreciated. Cheers

  22. Hi mate, Can you provide a recent clog for the Dev's to look at please. Also, is that a custom hanger loaded? If so, can you remove it and use the default to see if you can replicate it. I have seen some pretty 'odd things' over the years when custom hangars etc are used. I have reported this but the clog file will help the Dev's investigate this. Thanks mate. Cheers

  24. I am unaware of any issues with Windows 8 and Ryzen products. You would be best contacting Microsoft or Ryzen about this. We really only deal with game issues. The tracert will either show no issue, or an issue. Either way this helps with the resolution of the issue. How to carry out a tracert was shown above. It would be good if you could run several tracert's using the interval that you mention(each 30 minutes). Despite some 'commentary' on various SM sites about this type of issue after the update, we have not seen an increase in the number of reports beyond the norm and most of the reports we have had have shown Network issues. Have you also had several games running the Profiler as requested? You seem to indicate that the clog is only a single game. Thanks
  25. We want to stream the video from a web page. Not download it. You apparently have a custom hangar in use and a sound mod 'enabled' but there does not appear to be one in use. Can you remove the custom (non standard game) items as indicated in the guidelines and retest. Alternatively you could install a 'default' version of the game in another directory and see if this is different. I would also suggest that you update Windows. It is a particularly old version and see if there is a more recent Razer driver as well. Ensure that your system has the available space for an additional version of the game and the Windows update.
  26. You are the only person with this issue. It is therefore most likely a local machine issue. Have you cleared the cache in the browser? Have you tried another browser. The site is fully operational. The fact that you are being 'logged out' indicates a connection issue. What type of connection are you using? You have not really provided any information that would help solve your issue. But the Web site is fine and has been. There have been no issues with the Web site. Obviously, Gaijin being an 'online' company needs its Web site to do business. However, we only really deal with issues with the game etc. We are willing to help you to some degree, but we(Tech Mods) are not an alternative to a computer store or professional in your region to help you with issues with your specific machine or connections etc.

  32. If you have pressed To Battle and then are somewhere else, looking at a Web page etc Then the game will indeed notify you that the game is commencing. You would need to alter the Windows Notification feature for War Thunder. But then games will start without you knowing. I will ask about this. But from what I can see you would need to change the game notification status. From what the screenshots indicate you would need to Regedit the Desktop control.

  39. Hi, I imagine that the standard "desert yellow" unicolour camouflage was never used by the J model Panzer IV, as this was a very late war model of the IV. It never served in the desert. This may have been a historical correction, but for gameplay reasons I will submit this too the Developers. If a report was not approved previously, then the most likely reason is that it failed to follow the guidelines. This is usually the case. Cheers

Although from what I can see, your graphics driver is over 2 years old. Please update it. Please shut down all other applications that are not necessary except for the game. Especially Discord, it is a bandwidth 'hungry' program. Does that clog have the Profiler running? If not, Please carry out the following: 1. Start the game and login etc and wait for hangar screen to load. 2. Press these keys together to start the profiler Fn+Alt+F11 (These three buttons together turn the profiler on and off) (Alt+F11 if your keyboard has no Function key - Also for Linux) 3. Play several games (at least 3) with the profiler on. 4. After the end of the last game please press Fn + F11(F11 with no Function key - Also for Linux) this will write the information to the clog.   46. Wow. That is odd. This is quite curious. That video of yours shows no issues on my system. It plays 'normally', I do not see any flashing at all. You are not overclocking your system or something similar?? I concede that I am 'grasping at straws' a bit here. We will go back to some basics. Can you please remove the current graphics driver using DDU (or similar). https://www.wagnardsoft.com/ Please ensure that you follow the instructions and use Safe Mode. Then re-install and re-test. And maybe do a stress test on your GPU as well. Can you monitor the temperatures on your CPU and GPU as well. Thanks
  47. Does not have to be You Tube. Can be any streaming service that allows you to mount videos. Streamable is currently banned in Russia, so please do not use that.   48. Hi, I imagine that this is a Windows issue and local to your machine. I am not sure. I am running Windows 10 and do not have your issue. That site that you reference either wants me to pay, or suffer adverts. Neither of which are appealing to me. Have you searched the Microsoft database or asked their help at MS Support. We only offer assistance with the game really. We are not an 'alternative' to a shop or company for their support issues. Perhaps someone else has encountered this? I am guessing here, but it maybe the way you have Microsoft Notifications configured.

  56. I see a black propeller and engine and a slightly red area in front of the pilot and multiple yellow damage to the wings. So there is significant damage overall. I would point out to you, that if you really want 'realism' in your games, then you should play RB or SB games. Arcade is named appropriately. It is for those who just want to have a bit of fun. The aircraft do not perform in their 'realistic' manner in this mode. For instance, you can barrel roll a Catalina etc. Something not possible in real life. But I have submitted your report to the Developers for their consideration.
  57. MMO's are not like VoIP. They are in real time and with players across the globe. Whilst there is a certain degree of packet recovery, the game cannot 'wait excessive times' for a given players connection to become suitable and stable etc. The game has to 'move on' for the benefit of the other players. It is not like it can wait indefinitely for the packets required as many other data comms do. This is the basic issue with latency that affects every MMO. There is a "Bad Network Connection" message etc and the game will re-initialize connections etc. Often then asking players if they want to return to the game they were in etc. I certainly am having no issue like this when I am joining games or using another vehicle. I have been grinding the new P-51 and P-47 without any issue. Yours is the only report of this nature. Thanks for the extra information. Thank you for your interest and help improving the game.   60. Thanks, I played back that video and at least on my system with different drivers and manufacturers it plays back 'normal' sound wise to me. I use a 5:1 Logitech system.

I can see the CPU type etc, but the rest of the information on your system is not detailed. Can you please try this. I am skeptical that this is the issue, but it will rule it out or in.   62. Nope, nothing at all. Looks like a 'normal' game to me. I have recorded the game up to the part where you no longer take part. But I watched it to the end 3 times now. I do wonder about the BIOS level of your machine. In the dxdiag it just says: So beyond your actual CPU processor type, exactly what system you have etc is unclear. Can you also change the video you provided above to Unlisted. It is currently Private and I cannot see it. Thanks
  63. Thanks for that information. Can you please save your existing configuration and then return the game to its default settings and see if the issue persists please. I certainly have no issue using my LMB to fire guns in any mode, nor zooming in and out. I have no idea. I have never used a Razer mouse. Sorry. We will also need a clog that has the issue in it. So the issue has to have occurred and be captured by the clog in question, so the Dev's can look at it. Can you confirm the supplied clog has this please? If not can you play another game or use a Custom game to replicate the issue. It may also be helpful to create a video and mount it to a streaming service like You Tube. (Please do not use Streamable, they are currently banned in Russia and the Dev's cannot use/see it) I will discuss this with the Dev's and get back to you. Cheers
  64. You can have situation where the issue is local to that particular client. Thus if I test it on my machine and it appears 'normal' do I just close the report.? No we don't.   68. That file that EAC does not 'like' is a Windows file https://www.processlibrary.com/en/directory/files/uxtheme/28281/ Did you upgrade your machine from XP? You can see the data communication errors in hops 3 and 7 of your tracert. There is a 100% loss (ie: no data packets transferred). This will most likely be the cause of the waiting at the battle screen. The game server cannot establish a stable connection to your client. Are you using a wi-fi connection or is it cable to the router/modem? Does anyone share the wi-fi connection if you are using one? In your War Thunder install location; There's a Folder called "EasyAntiCheat" Open that and run "EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe" as an Administrator. You will see an Install Panel saying 'Repair Service' in the lower right hand side. Click that and follow the instructions etc then restart the game See if this fixes it first. Can you please find and supply the following file:> AppData\Roaming\EasyAntiCheat\gamelauncher.log Thanks

  75. The Developers like to see how a test was carried out. Believe it or not, sometimes some players make huge mistakes and assumptions in testing! We like to see how they 'tested' things. Otherwise, sometimes we can all waste hours looking into something that was a misunderstanding or a lack of knowledge on a given subject by a player! Many of the Developers do not speak or read English. But a 'picture paints a thousand words' as the saying goes. Make some sense now?   76. I am still investigating the issue. As I indicated. I will try to replicate. Also, the kill cam is representative only and should not be used as 'evidence'. It is a data reconstruction, not an image or recording. Considerable caution should be exercised when using this to determine shell paths and deflections etc. Cheers

  78. Hi, What was the skill level of the crew and what was the modification level on the vehicle that you tested? I get a differing result with a 'baseline' model. That video you supplied seems to be firing APFSDS rounds from the size of the holes in the target. You are firing the larger HEATFS round. These rounds are very different in size etc. The HEATFS round is 13.5kg as opposed to the APFSDS round which is only 4.3 kg. If I fire the APFSDS round I get a very similar result from the in game model to the vehicle in the video. Even though the vehicle in the video is on a slope.

  82. Hi, If your client is not making clog's then there is something wrong with it. This is the only report of similar for the sound issue. My sound is fine etc. Please try this: 1. Exit the game. 2. Using File Explorer/This PC - navigate to the War Thunder directory on your computer system. 3. Locate the 'cache' sub directory in the War Thunder directory and delete it. 4. Restart War Thunder via the game Launcher. 5. Click the spanner icon in top right of screen which will open the second launcher screen. 6. Click the Check files button located on the left hand side of screen in about the middle of the page and allow game to check files and update. 7. Enter Game and re-check for issue. 8. Let me know how it goes. Can you also please try to record it on video. Thanks

  87. Hi, The Developers have responded. The modification was changed from a Laser Rangefinder to the new Laser Warning System/Laser Rangefinder. When modifications like this are changed as part of the game you should get a refund of the SL etc that you paid for the old modification.

  89. You were advised in another report that 12 year olds play this game. They also have access to the forums. DO NOT use offensive words or filenames that children should not be exposed to. Please follow the forum rules that you have agreed to. Please add all videos to a streaming site. There is a reason mp4 files cannot be uploaded to the Forums. From your description this is/was most likely a connection issue. Please carry out the following: 1. Start the game and login etc and wait for hangar screen to load. 2.   91. Hi, I don't see it in the replay's either. I am using the same driver as you and I have been playing Arcade air a fair bit lately grinding the new P51 and P47 and have not seen this. I would be leaning towards some sort of hardware issue. The Twerk overlay you are running seems to indicate a quite reasonable temperature for the GPU. If you feel comfortable with this, maybe open the box and check for dust. I have seen this cause similar issues for some players in the past. You can get 'canned' air to help with this(I use Air Duster successfully). Possibly re-seat the GPU card(if you know what you are doing - otherwise get a shop, or someone you can really trust). If those don't work above, try this: Can you please remove the current graphics driver using DDU (or similar). https://www.wagnardsoft.com/ Please ensure that you follow the instructions and use Safe Mode.   92. The Server Replay is available for any game. This is also explained in the guidelines. The information below is accessed using the hyperlink Replay that is shown on the guidelines. War Thunder uses a Spiral Development model. Therefore it will always change versions and the game will change. This is not unusual for software at all. The game is very different today to what it was in 2012/2013! The game 'evolves' over time. I have been unable to replicate the 'white flashing issue' that you indicate. Also activating X-Ray view in the game did not trigger the issue. You indicate that this is 'intermittent' this would tend to point to a driver or more likely a connection issue. To remove the driver as a possible cause: Can you please remove the current graphics driver using DDU (or similar). https://www.wagnardsoft.com/ Please ensure that you follow the instructions and use Safe Mode.   93. Hi, Controls from time to time can indeed be reset by various updates. This is why Gaijin recommends that those players that have customised control settings save their particular settings. It is curious that you could not save the configuration of your controls. I just tried mine and it worked. Have you actually returned the controls to their default and tried that? If you haven't done this deliberately, it maybe worth contacting Microsoft Support in North Ryde and getting their advice on this. Do you have multiple drives? It may even have something to do with the version of Windows 10 that you are using. (Operating System: Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview 64-bit (10.0, Build 20211) (20211.rs_prerelease.200904-1619)). I am not familiar with this particular MS product(Pro Insider Preview). From the Build Numbers it does appear to be quite old and maybe needs an Update. It is possible that MS has configured your drives in some sort of RAID type array as it is Professional(ie: usually commercial) software. I am not sure. This is purely speculative. I would imagine MS Support can clear this up for you. I have thought about this further. Check that your Ports are open, particularly the 'gaming ports' it is possible they have been blocked/closed as well as your Windows is a Professional version, but this is not usual to my knowledge. But I have certainly been wrong before! I do see that your machine appears to have some issues with Windows 10. In the dxdiag under Diagnostics you can see the following. Cheers

  96. Hi, Those references don't actually agree with each other. Chant indicates 750 HP but does not indicate a RPM for that value. The Bangladesh manual indicates 858HP at 2200RPM.   99. There was damage to the vehicle from several hits. When I slowed the replay down I did see the timer, it was for 4 seconds. But it does something strange in the replay. The timer jumps from 4 to 1 second in the blink of an eye(and I was running the replay at 1/2 speed). The odd thing is, that there are no friendly players near that seem to help with repair. The black optic near your commander is the part that repairs. I will see if I can replicate this. I can see no repair after the second message(the one displayed above with the Commander killed). I can see the information message indicating that you need to press F to commence repair but there is no repair timer showing running in the video that I can see. My 'best guess' is that in the heat of battle and while you were trying to locate and target the grouped enemy vehicles that you forgot to press F.
  102. Hi, I have been unable to replicate the issue. Have you update your graphics driver. Your 530 Integrated card is very close to the minimum specification to run the game. (Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 - Driver Date/Size: 2018/11/18 9:00:00, 2545720 bytes) Although I am uncertain if this is contributing to the issue. As you can see in my video. Beyond the modeled inertia and momentum. The vehicle begins to brake the moment I hit my S key. I quickly stops and reverses. Can you please provide the replay's and if possible a video. It is most unlikely that every GF model has an issue like this. Especially when this is the only report of this nature and I cannot replicate it. Can you also try this. 1. Exit the game. 2. Using File Explorer/This PC - navigate to the War Thunder directory on your computer system. 3. Locate the 'cache' sub directory in the War Thunder directory and delete it. 4. Restart War Thunder via the game Launcher. 5. Click the spanner icon in top right of screen which will open the second launcher screen. 6. Click the Check files button located on the left hand side of screen in about the middle of the page and allow game to check files and update. 7. Enter Game and re-check for issue. 8. Let me know how it goes.

  104. So what exactly is the 'bug' that you believe? That the loader should be able to load rounds from where ever in the tank in the same time? It would seem reasonable to me that a loader would take longer to retrieve and load a round from a position in the floor as opposed to from the ready racks/back of the turret. There are "ready racks" in tanks that are loaded from the other positions also if you allow them to be reloaded. Can you also provide the replay's of this asked for in the guidelines.   105. Hi, I will ask about this. I believe it has been done this way on purpose. The main gun and ATGM's are fired/launched using the LMB and the 30mm grenade launcher is using the Left Ctrl. As 30mm grenade launchers are basically an anti infantry weapon and there are no infantry in the game, it largely makes the 30mm grenade launcher not particularly useful. It may well be good against 'soft skinned' vehicles but little else. From a Gameplay perspective it does make some sense to configure the guns and ATGM's this way. You can always re-map the controls to what you want. But I will get back to you on this after talking to the Dev's. Cheers

  113. Thanks, Which audio driver is the active one please? Can you explain to me what you mean by 'multiplies'? Does this mean that the volume increases? I noticed when playing it back the volume generally is quite low in playback on my system. I nearly had to put my speakers to maximum to hear it. For my game it will rarely go above a quarter of the volume. I also didn't really notice any appreciable change in volume between the vehicle destruction in 3rd person and in Sniper view.
  114. Hi, I have done some pretty thorough testing on this and it appears only on selected vehicles. They all have the flat skirt near the nose. Although some like the Chieftain's ,Challenger's,T-55's and T-72's have the skirt but not the issue. But I have found it on many vehicles - M1A1, M1A2, XM-1. It also indicates that the game is installed on what is labeled as a 'Microsoft Storage Space Device'.   131. Thanks for the file. I am not sure what you mean by 'red arc'. The damage to the enemy plane is clearly shown as a critical hit and then quickly after that the aircraft's destruction and the awarding of the kill.
