I propose you include some legendary Canadians. G Buerling is the obvious choice.

Also, what about the South African contribution and the legendary Marmaduke "Pat" Pattle  in his Gladiator and Hurricane. Died in the battle of Athens (also included in the furball was writer Roald Dahl )

I think would be good to put in first post a link to origina; thread where people can post ideas. :)

Ace of the Month

Both are on list of accepted and may appear in future:

South Africa

A Malan (Air Force)

M Pattle (Air Force)

Canada

G Beurling (Air Force)

A Mynarski (Air Force) - Awaiting correct aircraft variant

Roald Dahl also was mentioned in discussion by the way :)

Sooo.. Will Erich Hartmann ever happen?

He was the most successful fighter ace ever. He even once shot down 11 enemies in one day.

They should also include Emil Lang. He shot down 18 Soviet fighters on 03.11.1943.

Or August Lambert, who scored 17 kills in one day.

Those are more kills than most allied aces achieved in their entire career.
