"The purchase limit for this account has been exceeded" when buying from steam

Hello, i've been trying to buy a single GJN coin to use on the Marketplace, using the funds on my Steam Wallet, but i've been having some trouble.

 

After reading the article "Replenishment of the Gaijin Store Balance" i've come to understand that in other to be eligible i would need to realize a purchase from the Store. Because of  "The limit is x2 of your purchases over last  month for steam"

I have already bought 3x 150 Golden Eagles this week with my Steam funds, with the Market place limit increasing to 5 GJN, just so i could buy 1 GJN using the Steam Wallet option, but the same error message keeps blocking me

I have already made a transaction that should make it available for me to obtain a single GJN, and it saddens me to know that there is the possibility that i've wasted money on GE that didn't give the access to what i wanted the most, the Marketplace!

I have already contacted customer support but have not received any response.

I highly recommend to use the Gaijin Marketplace and Gaijin Store websites instead of through Steam since they won't have that problem. I especially recommend avoiding purchasing altogether through Steam, since it'll cost you so much more money.

The diference from Steam and buying directly from the Gaijin Store was minimal ( perhaps it has something to do with the lack of local pricing for BRL R$).

I gave preference for Steam just because i had some money on the Steam Wallet. I could try buying from the Gaijin Store, but with an error like this, i'm not sure if it is a good idea. There is a possibility that the GE i've obtained using the Steam Wallet could end up not counting as credit, and the problem just snowballing into my credit card getting billed without receiving any GJN.
