Lineup suggestion/help for ground battle RB duo Britain and Israel

My friend and i are at the gate of 9.0/9.3BR in RB. I'am playing Brtitain (got BR 10 lineup ready). He is farming Israel (got 9.3 premium Merkava) and he will only push Merkava line. I need help to create some lineups from 9.0+ and make it less painfull for both of us. I can see that my chally 1 will uptier his first Merkava's and chally 2 will uptier a litte bit his next Merkava's or he will uptier my 10br lineup with 10,7 Merkava's. Which is less painfull or both nations compare to other nations suck so they need every bit of BR help. We dont know much about br 10/11 if br 11 have own MM where most of the tanks will be 11 or its just a mix. I have 10,7 USA too but that will be my last resort. Thanks for help.

So the Chieftain Mk 10, VFM5, Rooikat MTTD and Olifant Mk.2 are not bad on the Br. Are not always easy to play but as already said not bad on the Br. You can also consider using the ZT3A2, it has very good penetration values.
