Vehicle thumbnail slots - When do they become available?

Does anyone know when the thumbnail slots from encyclopedia.warthunder.com become available for newly released vehicles?

Is it related to the in-game artwork (sub-page of the warthunder.com website) or is it a 3rd-party driven site?

And is there any communication between the wiki-staff and the ones responsible for the thumbnails, or are we at "their mercy" for getting the thumbnails?

It's Just Something On The Backlog That Takes A Bit To Be Updated, Little We Or Wiki Staff Can Do About It.
