Payed for 2500 GE with Amazon Pay, said GE still hasn't been added after almost 3 days

About 3 days ago I purchased 2500 GE in-game via it's web browser. I used Amazon Pay as the payment method with a confirmation email and my bank account saying they have gone through. The problem is that I haven't gotten my GE as of yet. I sent a ticket to support some 2 days ago. It haven't gotten a response yet, I understand I should wait for a response but I faced this particular issue so I'm a bit out of wack
