a moderator have banned me for 1 day from the game because i have to defend me from the r e t a rd e d s keep shoting me evry xxxx match in SB , is a  joke really

You report him - there is nothing else - although I read recently it is automatically reported anyway.

 

If you kill him then you become a team killer too.

As Josephs_Piano said, you shouldn't reproduce this kind of behaviour in game, let alone if you are the victim. 

 

Next time, please use the report tool from either in game or using the server replay website .
