artge777 team killed me two times in same match and I have messages that he accepted this. I cant play this game like that, this is BIG problem. I have video and photos about these two team kills. he pushed me into enemies and I died TWO TIMES gaijin. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT.

You can report him in server replay if the team killing is deliberate.

You are not alone with this issue:

 

 

Basically you can do nothing. 

 

On one hand gaijin ensures that they have implemented an automated system to track friendly damage and teamkills - leading to an automated ban after a certain time. On the other hand you can report teamkills by ramming (so usually the guy ramming you gets no punishment and you were blamed and charged for a teamkill) by using the server replay function.

In-game reports or server replay reports of real teamkills (gun, missiles, bombs...) are useless as they were tracked automatically - and for ramming attacks you are asked to use the server replay.

 

The whole handling of this issue is broken and imho a clear sign that gaijin never tried to explain this to a person outside this game. I mean i know not a single game where you get punished (repair cost) if some friendly kills you; in addition if you got rammed you have to pay repair cost and the teamkill fee. Highly unethical procedure, maybe they are just not aware of that ...

after the match, you can go to the battle mail you received click on the view server replay link, and there you can report a complaint.  How effective it is, I dunno, but that is what the forum moderators are telling ppl to do.
