Make past event vehicles obtainable

Gaijin, is it an idea to make vehicles available for purchase that were part of events? For example, I would love to buy the J6K1 but started playing WT a year after the event took place. Now it seems like it's impossible to ever get a hold on this beast. The marketplace is also no option, since I play on PS5. Maybe as part of a history date for Japan or limited time offer? I'm sure you'll find a good occasion to offer this for golden eagles. Same goes for planes like the F2G-1 and ITP (M-1). You already did something similar for the Bf 109 Z-1, if I'm correct, so why not for other rare planes? Thanks in advance!

Bf 109 Z-1 is like to come back since its (just a rare GE Premium), but for the F2G-1 and ITP (M-1) its very unlickly because they were part of a Battle Pass

yea, through the Market, the only thing would be to Unbound your PSN Account and play in the Future on PC, then you would have acces to the Market

That's exactly the problem… these Battle Pass vehicles seem like a one time offer or you need to have access to the Market. I really hope that Gaijin takes in consideration to change the current system and offer BP vehicles after a certain amount of time. If the reason is that it's unfair to people who bought the BP… I understand, but isn't it unfair to console newbies as well? In case of revenue, Gaijin can just ask whatever amount of GE they think is reasonable and let the player decide. One should rule out the other: marketplace will still be there for PC players and special offer for console / PC will generate even more
I'm not gonna switch from PS5 to PC, cause a console is made for gaming and that's primarily what I want with this game ;-)

Would be nice to get past vehicles/event/bp from lets say GJ store (like in packs or individual)  with sane prices not like market (sell your liver) prices.

In the Marketplace it's whatever anyone wants to pay, right? For Gaijin it's the decision what would get more sales: charging between 4000 - 5000 GE (between € 20,-/ € 25,-?) for any kind of player or get a one shot bullseye from an insanely high amount only the rich and famous can buy. 
Btw, 5000 GE would be a bargain with todays prices for premiums, so it would probably be double

You're totally right and it's something that should be in consideration also. Therefore I was disappointed the J6K1 wasn't part of the 10th anniversary prize vehicles list. I guess it isn't rare enough compared to the other 10

One thing that was interesting this week is they announced they'll be adding more camoes to the red e-sport box later. So there's no limit apparently on adding more things to old boxes.

 

If they put more of those unavailable vehicles into the boxes on market now there'd be a steady trickle on to market, prices would go down, and we'd all have more access to them.

 

Offering more rare vehicles through the SL loot crates the last couple major events was also nice. I don't approve of GE loot crates, but in the end anyone can make more SL so you're really only gambling your own play rewards if you want. Hope we see that again this April.

 

(Also the 10 rare vehicles for 10th anniversary thing was great, really hope we don't have to wait another 10 years.)

last year i purchased 100 of the GE chests, 100.000 GE in total, in the end it was a fair trade, i got, around 20.000.000SL

+a lot of skins and Talismans but also a fair amount of vehicles and around a year of premium

I agree on this. Although Lootboxes are not great because of their RNG and all that, they reduce vehicle prices on the market. I got my T-34E for 100GJN, it was at 400+GJN before the boxes. Got my Object 279 for 145GJN probably thanks to boxes, KV-220 for 157GJN most likely due to boxes as well. PT 76-57 I got for like 119GJN instead of 160GJN, but that was due to the announcement of the 2S38. 

 

Gaijin should keep doing these SL boxes with market vehicle coupons. I am looking forward to summer, maybe my 1200GJN on the IS-7 will give me a Coupon, should a price drop happen thanks to boxes.

A small correction: it is a removed pack premium. And pretty sure on both occasions it made a short comeback it was offeredf again as a pack in store. So not a GE premium.

 

And as a side note: if Gaijin would really stick to the "no paper planes" policy it would not come back at all. Since the version we have ingame (Z-1) is a total paper design. Of course the whole "no paper designs" policy is rather flexible: I can see this one being made available yet again at some point unlike some of the other paper designs they have removed.

Yes. And like I said: that is why I can see Gaijin adding it again on offer in the future while in the same time they deny some other German vehicles reappearing on offer.

While I agree with you, I have some doubts as well. When I first joined the game, I missed out on some really nice event vehicles because I had no idea how the event worked. It took me a year to understand it. But, if previous event/battle pass vehicles are introduced in packs, won't that defeat the purpose of having a marketplace? I mean, there is a huge portion of player base (like me) who also use marketplace to earn Gaijin coins for their premium vehicles or premium account though.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if the reintroduction of previous event/battle pass vehicles through packs caused the entire market place to crash within days (I have seen examples of vehicle coupons costing a few hundreds Gaijin coins dropped to barely one hundred Gaijin coin over just one week due to the Christmas past event vehicle chest draws; the chance is small but it is still there, I have gotten two past event vehicles from it).

 

While introducing past event/battle pass vehicles into packs is beneficial to new players (and I support this decision to some extent), I am sure there are many players who rely on the marketplace to earn Gaijin coins for their premium vehicles or premium accounts who will be very concerned if this occurs. Imagine yourself holding onto a few vehicle coupons over the past 1-2 years to buy yourself some nice packs or premium accounts during the next sale, only to have the price plummet to nothing when Gaijin decides to introduce past event/battle pass vehicles in packs in the store suddenly...

It came back for Xbox a few months back. You will probably get it on PlayStation again eventually.

The problem is gaijin’s principle for earning money. By making x event harder to grind, it incentivizes players to buy x item to make it faster.
