how do I fix The purchase limit for this account has been exceeded error

hi i was trying to buy 40 gjn and I keep getting the purchase limit has been exceeded how to I fix this so I can buy my gjn.

Did you check your GJN Balance ? I think there is a limit for bank cards, and if you check under "Replenish your balance " it should tell you what the limit is

 

Otherwise you will need to contact Support, you can find the Support tab at the top of the page

 

they will be the only ones that can help.....
