Error with purchasing golden eagles and still getting billed


I just recently tried to purchase the 10000 golden eagle package and an error came up so I tried again and the exact same thing happened. having tried twice to no avail, I checked my bank account and it was billed twice. WHAT DO I DO???!!!!!! 

I have launched a support ticket and gaijin still hasn't gotten back to me.

This very thing happened to me about a month ago. I was charged twice when attempting to purchase Gaijin currency but received nothing. It said my card was declined but charged it anyway.

HOWEVER...to Gaijin's credit my account was immediately reimbursed the next day for the full amount. And I hadn't said a word about what happened to anyone yet.

 

I guess they noticed the error & corrected it
