borderless window Borderless window mode behaving like full screen mode

So I've been trying to run the game in borderless windowed mode to be able to do my streaming, because in OBS when I execute ALT + TAB the screen doesn't freeze in borderless window, but now it freezes, this is disturbing me, not to mention the symptoms current in windowed mode without borders is the same as in fullscreen mode, in ALT + TAB the card simply resets its percentage of use, something that was not supposed to be done, I changed the rendering api to vulkan and it returned to normal, however the game greatly increases input lag

I have issue with game stopping rendering in the background. It shouldn't work like that. Now i can't alt-tab while streaming because viewers see frozen screen. It works back when WT is on top. It's just last patch that broke that

Yes, I thought it was just me, the funny thing is that it's only War Thunder that this glitch is happening, the other games I run in full window mode, I do my live and everything is fine, more than a month of updating and they still haven't seen this problem , it's a shame, I simply do the live freezing for those who watch when I need to ALT + TAB unfortunately.

oh, they did... as it has been reported (several times) on the bug reporting website - they just say "that's the way it works now."

Congratulations to those involved then, the only game globally that works differently compared to many other great games, I wanted to understand then, what is this improving in the game, why am I not seeing anything, now your ALT + TAB will freeze the same on the screen full, great job.

I was not streaming for a while but today when I went back at it, noticed this problem and it is super annoying. Updated VGA driver via a clean install but nothing changed. Then I found this post. Thank god I'm not the only one. Hey Gaijin Snail God, hear us out! Fix it.
