Need help in making arrestor cables for carrier spawns

The title is already self explanatory, but I really need some help. I already know how to put my spawns on to the carrier, but for some reason the cables parameters for addAirfield action seems to not work properly. I have properly set these areas to said parameter and when testing them, they still don't work. Am I missing something here? Or is it just really broken. Gaijin doesn't really explain this much and the wiki doesnt help either. It just says put the start area and the end area and nothing more specific. How vague.
