And before that there was the one that required kills with rockets from different masses that included Ground AB but you can't choose the planes and type of rockets you use there, so it was basically not possible.

There were several challenges for Ground AB that were related to CAS, some are possible depending on the RNG, others are not even possible to do.

I completed every single challenge so far in Arcade, so it was possible, but I can play all Arcade modes (Ground, Air, Naval). Rockets challenge you mentioned I completed in Naval Arcade. The 800 km/h challenge in Ground Arcade.

 

Lately I don't play Ground at all, but I still have all Ground vehicles of rank 1-4 spaded, so I can create a few good lineups when I need to ;). It helps a lot with challenges!

Yes, that's what I was saying.

 

Being able to bring our own planes into Ground AB would be a massive QoL improvement.

I know you can do some of them in Ground AB, but when it comes to CAS you cannot pick your planes or payload, and they mentioned that the challenge was available in Ground AB. Maybe they don't play Ground AB or else they would know that it is basically not possible to do that rocket challenge since you cannot pick your planes or choose the type of rockets you can use. There were other CAS challenges that were possible in Ground AB, although they also required a bit of luck with the RNG that picks the CAS planes for you.

I got tank lineups from rank I to rank VII but I rarely use or need more than 1 tank, I have no problem with tank challenges that depend on tanks, my problem is with when RNG is involved. :dntknw:

Yes, this next season(10th) seems Ground AB friendly at least. Also thank you for your "royal" explanation, I knew about Hungary(it could also be Italy if it was the tree), noticed the flag on the boat but honestly I didn't even read the article, and I thought the french tank was related with the word "Chevalier" (Knight) on the tank skin, since it was a title given by royalty, but I'm not sure about that one.  :)

There are some players suggesting using your own planes in Ground AB, but others want a tank only mode. I think it could be a better situation even for those that prefer a tank only mode than the current one if it's properly implemented. Anything that can remove some of the RNG from this game is positive in my opinion.

I did them playing high tier ground AB and chose Attacker. Worked very well.

You can say 12:00 GMT. And current GMT everyone can check using one of many websites offering such info, eg. first Google result:

If someone wants that additional 1 point from login (and later receiving 2, 3, 4, 5 points one day earlier), then they have to wait for that GMT clock to be above 12:00.

 

I'm pretty sure the devs are too lazy to fix this, and login before 12:00 still won't give that 1st login reward for the new season (even if you logged to the game that day, so you did what you supposed to do). But of course they quickly "fixed" the possibility to save 1 special task from the previous season, because that could somehow "benefit" the player (it doesn't matter you could only use that 1 special task only for old or new season, and you still had to complete that task using your precious time). The devs here also see no problem to punish players if they forget to claim rewards. In every previous game I played, everything BP related was claimed automatically at the end of BP season, so players could receive everything they have worked hard for and deserved. WT is very unique in this aspect. This game is just not player-friendly at all.

 

I don't wait for 12:00 GMT anymore, I prefer to play the game before that time. I just have to remember not to claim easy task before the new season starts ;).

There are very few sub chasers in the game and only 11 vessels are rank 3 and above. And 4 out of 11 are premium.

There are very few sub chasers in the game and only 10 vessels are rank 3 and above. And 4 out of 10 are premium.

Its unclear to me if the battle has to end with the player commanding the ship or we can just spawn it once, die and go play some other ship. If thats the case then it should not be too hard because the other spawns could be rank III and not necessarily the sub chaser. Lets see before throwing rocks at gaijin.

K-8 No 13 late is also rank III, so 11 (7 tech tree). (201K is also a marketplace-sold event vehicle, not technically a premium).

Not actually that hard to get 5 vehicles in on the Japanese coastal tree if you aren't close to any of the others. Compared to the mini rocket challenge that required you to grind to at least Rank V GE air to complete? It's not the worst they've done.

"End the vehicle on" in the description is normally quite clear. You have to end the mission on the vehicle. It's remotely possible based on the syntax from previous task descriptions you could end on a lower rank subchaser if the mission had been rank III otherwise, that we will find out when it pops, but yeah, you will have to end on a subchaser for sure, so I would recommend grinding out Japan coastal a bit if you don't have one already. You can get to the K-3 or K-8 pretty fast.

Still don't like gaijin forcing players to grind costal when economy and balance is extremely bad.

Coastal economy problems really only kick in at rank IV though, Japan gives you a rank III option here. And several of those vehicles (like M-17 and Peacock) are big money-makers anyway (let's not even talk about M-802).

Essentially it's down to read, reread, and rereread the requirements as its easy to get it mixed up - use vs end on, damage vs damage with, etc.

 

Ive spawned mixed tier vehicles and run amock only to forget the requirements mid battle ...ha ha, live and learn.
