My Mouse Aim seems to lock when I aim towards the right

Hello guys, IDK why this is happening but when I move my mouse to the right the mouse aim seems to lock and not respond, I recently got a new machine and reinstalled WT and this locking wasn't happening on the old machine, I totally do not understand why it does it, when i move the mouse to the left it works as expected but when I move to the right it moves for a it then locks.

I totally have no clue why so if anyone has had the same experience id appreciate some help
