We prefer English speakers 18+ and people who like to play in squads rather than solo players. All BR's, Ranks, and Nationalities are welcome. Discord is required. To apply first join our discord at this link https://discord.gg/XqZpubfFJZ Introduce yourself in our general chat thread on our discord and post your in game name on our discord name tracker thread. In game go to the community tab in the upper left of your hanger screen, scroll down to squadrons, do a squadron search for The Outliers and click the apply to join link. Once all these steps are completed I will approve your application. We just cleaned out some inactive members so we currently have 15 openings in the squadron. Our discord channel was set up for our squadron members and those coming there to join the squadron in response to recruiting notices. The recruiting notices posted on sites such as WarComm and the War Thunder forum are intended for the purpose of squadron recruiting. They are not open invitations for people outside of the squadron to just come hang out in our discord channel. Those joining our discord who do not join the squadron within 24 hours of joining the discord will be removed from the channel. Not being inhospitable but we were getting too many coming over but not joining and the channel is for our members. Wolf_Larsen#1 0 Report post Posted December 26, 2022 I had to include that latest addendum as we were getting people mostly from WarrCom who would join our discord, never respond to messages or make an attempt to join the squadron. It is a squadron channel and the links posted to other sites were intended for recruiting. Lots of people to squad up with and all levels and BR's , Arcade, Realistic, Air, Ground and Sea. When we began recruiting we made the mistake of setting our recruiting to autojoin as a result the squadron filled up quickly but mostly with people who were solo players who would not respond to messages requesting they join our discord. Since then we have gradually been removing those people most of whom had gone inactive and replacing them with members who are are active and in our discord. This is why you have seen us constantly recruiting over the past couple months, otherwise we have a fairly low turnover. we are down to only seven openings in the squadron now. To Apply...
