then f-16a get AIM-9J's or L's with more secondary armaments but ZERO Aim-7m's

Better stock grind (AIM-9L straight away instead of AIM-9J), and AIM-7M!

 

It seems to have worse flight performance, which could explain the positioning. I still prefer ADF over A, so very glad it comes first!

 

Regarding the new Naval system, I'm not sure I understand the implications, I'll have to test myself... but so far, it sounds like an anti-bot measure that will screw up non-bot players unless they've made other adjustments hahah

Nobody panic, the R-27T is still not nerfed. The nerf in question was the one that gaijin made at the second update of the dev.
