Mouse leaving game screen

I have multiple monitors and WT is running as "Windowed" on one of those. When I use the targeting views for helicopter/drone ATGMS and camera pods on planes combined with long mouse movements in any direction, my mouse leaves the games screen and appears outside the on the desktop. The game is still focused and if I use keys like WASD the game responds as intended, however, some of my key-binds can cause for it to do stuff on my desktop meaning it then "tabs-out" in a sense. 

 

Hopefully someone has some ideas how to resolve this.

having exact same thing happen to me in helis, didnt ever happen before, and im not pressing alt tab or changed any binds that would cause me to be potentially miss press alt button

Same thing here, extremely frustrating and keeps getting me killed especially while flying.

 

Never had this issue before the newest update.

 

And the game is in fullscreen mode.

I'm also getting this issue as well and running fullscreen mode, but my mouse occasionally wanders off the game into other screen - getting this only after the latest biggest patch

I've also been experiencing this problem, but I've been struggling to reliably replicate it.  Personally I've only experienced it while using my Tiger UHT.  The problem has occurred both in Fullscreen and Fullscreen-Windowed

I have the same issue, mainly when playing naval. The mouse suddenly leaves the wt-screen (fullscreen-mode) to the 2. monitor/viewscreen and when I press a key the wt-task minizes. So I have to alt-tab back to wt. Never had this before the fire and ice update. The issue can't be easily reproduced. 
Players which only have 1 monitor in their setup will not have the problem!

I have the same issue, using my Mi-28. It seems to happen just kind of randomly, but it happens constantly for me.

This is happening to me as well; I've only noticed in naval since I just started playing that mode, but it is infuriating. Has anyone found a fix? Happens to me in full screen and borderless/windowed.

I've been having the same issue. I've changed key binds, I've changed to windowed mode and back to full screen. with all vehicles. before the last major update, it was only while holding alt. now it will randomly swap keys. I've had it happen while holding Alt, Ctrl, S, A, D, W, shift, & C. But as soon as the mouse leaves and i accidentally click off screen and swap back to game. the key i was pressing no longer does it again. it seems to randomly choose the next button at random times. it also seems to do it after pressing caps lock for my lock on.

Same problem here. Only happens with helicopters. Switching from fullscreen windowed to fullscreen doesn't fix it either.

This has now been a persistent issue across an entire patches cycle (for some apparently even more so).

And there has been no acknowledgement from Gaijins end.

 

If you can´t fix the issue, please at least make the players suffering from this every time they play aware that it´s been noted and you´re working on it.

Every time a chat pops up(whether from quick menu or player chat), my mouse cursor is "free" and moves across screens.

Learn from Youtube tutorials all the way in how many places you have to to uninstall and turn off overlay. Game, windows , Steam and Nvidia Ctrl panel and Geforce experience or AMD equivalents, are several locations, not to say windows tend to reinstall it back. Also reinstall video driver.

Make sure you have no hidden devices posing as Monitors. Also check other sections as well as USB devices and so on.

Hidden devices also pose a  security risk and certain vulnerability for your OS.

 

 

 

I'm not saying game is not at fault here pushing overlay but is only way to follow the above to get rid of your problem.

No, this still happens regularly to me :(, all you can really do is alt-tab back in
