Technically the Block 20's were the last F-16A/B variants produced(The F-16C/D production begins Block 25), though they are effectively Block 50 / MLU technology backported to earlier Airframes and were a way to give Taiwan superiors fighters without giving them the "most advanced" variants, for all intents and purposes there is very little difference between the two.

Realistically The Block 15 (1981) was the last F-16A/B for most nations, with the -15OCU(1987) upgrade package bringing them up to approximately to Block 32(1986) Aircraft standards [added AIM-120 / Hi-PRF AIM-7(AIM-7F and Later variants) capability, "digital" AGM-65(AGM-65D and later) and PGM / TGP capacity], and the Later Block -15ADF(1989) subvariant which was the only US F-16's to use Sparrows(AIM-7E/F only due to using CWI not Hi-PRF for guidance) instead of the AMRAAM in service.

Oh my mistake, I misread what you asked! Yes as @tripod2008 mentions the block 20 can be considered the final F-16A, and the F-16C designation officially started with the block 25. Several F-16A models however were brought up to F-16C standards however so it can be a little tricky to navigate the capabilities of a specific airframe.

So what even is the block 20? One source I’ve seen say it’s a F-16C with a A tail.  In the Chinese language wiki entry for it it says it uses the body of the block 15 OCU, block 30/40 wings, tail and horizontal stabilizers of block 52, air inlet of block 42, avionics from the MLU project, and power system of block 32.

I don't know about specifics, but more info and be found at the following link;

Also just found a Neat Pic of a Block 40/42 with a GBU-15, of which it was only ever tested with.

So the American/Italian/Taiwanese F-16s would have 60 countermeasures and the Israeli one would have 120? Is that correct?

Yes to the first few, but no actually I need to update the Israeli ones. They have have 6 ALE-40 dispensers so... 180 actually. Pretty insane.

"Countermeasures : (2) AN/ALE-47

CMD"

I'm also trying to figure out how many countermeasures the F-2 would have since it has 2 at the bottom but also 2 more slots for CMD near the tail area these are apparently AN/ALE-47s.

Yep, you're right. Didn't know about the ones by the ventral fins.

Are the black boxes on the F-16i's (Sufa) dorsal spine also dispensers?

Yes they are. They replace two on the bottom side, so the count remains the same.

Rank 8 aircraft (and rank 7 premiums) are officially coming. I think it's very safe to say we can expect the F-16 to be in there somewhere.

Which block do y'all think we will be getting?

Based on this picture, we at least know it isn't a block 15 ADF or above due to the lack of the IFF antenna "bird slicers". So my best guess given the limited viewing angles would be a block 10 or basic block 15.

probably some weird amalgamation of multiple which is typical of Gaijin

It would actually be pretty easy to tell which variant it is if we could see the vertical and horizontal stabilizers along with the weapons it carries. Although blocks 5 and 10 would be nearly identical from the exterior.
