Your "sources" claim "warhead weight", not "explosive weight". Warhead weight includes continuous rod

Wiki´s and random 3rdd party websites are no dedicated neither accepted sources for good reasons

Of those sources only the last one is valid for use in a bug report. However none of those sources tell you the explosive mass of the warhead, just the warhead mass. The warhead mass includes stuff like the warhead casing and any fragmentation material so is always higher than the explosive mass. In the case of the Kh-29 it had a penetrating high explosive warhead which means it is meant to use kinetic energy to penetrate into the target before exploding, that means a decent chunk of the 320 kg is probably take up by the outer shell of the warhead.

TL:DR - The Kh-29 does not ahve 320 kg of TNT in it's warhead in real life and if you want the in game value changed you need to find a reliable source that states the explosive mass, not the warhead mass.
