I bought T-72AV (TURMS-T) Pack from STEAM in the past days. The tank is not in the specifications I want and it is not enjoyable to play. If possible I would like to replace it with the XM-1 (GM) of the same price. I don't want the Premium account for 15 days and 2000 Golden Eagles that come with the XM-1 (GM) Pack. I just want to change tanks. I want to play with the M901 Squadron vehicle I just bought and the XM-1 (GM) tank. If my request is not accepted, I will leave the game "War Thunder". Because I've given you a lot of money so far. Good day." They answered: Hello! Thank you for contacting Gaijin Customer Support. Unfortunately, we do not provide vehicle exchange services, or any personal deals/bonuses. T-72AV (TURMS-T) is a part of the T-72AV (TURMS-T) Pack, and if the content of the pack was already used or spent, it will stay on the account. The pack was purchased in November 2021, the content was already spent. Unfortunately, we have to deny your request. It's very hard for us to lose a customer, but we will accept your decision whatever it will be. I do call myself a "ProNoob" after all these Years, so step back. then you bought a "possible an instant Win tank" that doesn t perform like you thought? hm, maybe it s not the tank, but the tanker who needs a lot more practice there are so many Videos on YT where you can find advices on how to use Premium Vehicles. Again, there's no agreement saying that if you don't enjoy the product, you can just return it and ask for a different one. I mean the test drive is there to try it out first before buying it. You can't just east the whole platter and said that you don't like it and ask for a another different platter. In a normal world, when someone got the food they ordered and they don't like it, they simply won't finish the food but still pay for it. Or, if they got the wrong food, they either complain and return it before eating it or just eat it but pay the for the wrong order instead of what they initially ordered. Would you be able to trade planes that are in the same tech tree, I have the A-6E but I would like to trade it for the F-4S if possible because I want an F-4 that I can use for fun and make 2x the sl than the normal F-4J can make.
