Suggestion to increase V-1710-39 engine power to match service use

# Game version

My game version: (2.15.1.102)

# The Allison V-1710-39 engine runs at a lower power setting (1470hp) than what it was ran at in service during ww2 (1780hp).

# Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. view any of the vehicles with the engine in x-ray mode

  2. put the cursor on the engine to see it's power, it's 1470hp

  3. Alternatively enter a test flight and check localhost:8811 while the engine is at WEP to see the engine's power output.

  4.

# The provided document describes that pilots used 70" Hg of manifold pressure to produce 1780hp at sea level with ram effect, document also states that if the engine is overrevved to 3200RPM this power can be obtained without ram. It is also stated that when overrevved the engine can maintain 66" Hg of manifold pressure (1745hp at sea level, 1770 at 2000 feet (600m)) to "considerable altitude".

# Affected vehicles

  • P-51

  • Mustang Mk IA

  • P-40E-1
