I can't buy anything through the gaijin store on steam with my wallet.

Sorry I had to open a forum but I am having an urgent problem.

I tried to buy one of the packages that are on promo and when I go to pay via steam I get the error message:

My game is in Spanish but the translation to the error would be the following:

An error occured. Please contact our support

I have already contacted support, but they haven't responded and the promotions are almost over.

I tried to buy golden eagles or some other package and I keep getting the same error.

I have already cleared the steam cache and have it updated.

First time this has ever happened to me, I have never had this kind of problem before.
