the ingame AMX-13-M24 ingame have no stabilizer while using the M24 turret who do have a stabilizer.

thanks to @Colasix the documents of the AMX-13-M24 was found a published. the new document include a full description of the vehicles including the modification made on the turret to adapt it on the chassis. it was on one side making no mention of the Gyro-stabilizer been remove, and on the other side, mentioning the elevation was fully manual except when the Gyro-stabilizer was use in the electric section.

  this documents, in the articles 41, indicate the modification that was made on the turret to adapt it on the AMX-13 chassis. in overall, it said, the crew was incomfortable as the floor was 4 cm higher. and it recomande the turret to be raised of 4cm. nothing about any modification on the Gyro stabilizer.
  
  here at the articles 45. the text talk about the electric use of the vehicles. saying the M24 turret use less electricity than the AMX 13 mentioning reason was "the elevation was made manual except when it use the Gyro-stabilizer" which indicate the Gyro-stabilizer of the M24 was still there.
