JA 37C countermeasures should count as "Largre caliber"

My game version: (2.15.1.55)

# Description

currently the countermeasures on the JA 37C does not count as "large caliber" even though they are bigger than the flares on the mig23mf(which do count as "large calber"). the flares on the viggen is 55mm whilst the flares on the mig23mf is 50.2mm.
