Wrong caliber size for Strv 81

# Description

The information about Strv 81 says that the gun has a caliber of 8,4mm, but in fact this tank has an 84mm gun, this error was found only in the Ukrainian localization of the game.

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Set the Ukrainian language in the game

2. Look at the caliber of the gun Stridvagn 81

   Thanks,  yes that should either be 8,4 cm or 84 mm.  I will let the Localisation team know.

Issue is present on both the Swedish and British versions of the vehicle.

Error present in the following languages:  Ukrainian, Spanish, Polish, Romanian
