the FL-11 turret is currently having a rotation speed of 30° sec,, it should be 26° sec

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. launch the game

2. look at the stats of any vehicles with the FL-11 turret

# Additional Information

the ingame turret rotation give a speed of 30° sec when the crew is fully trained. the french manual indicate a top speed of 26° sec with the turret engine's power.
