(USA)F-104C inconsistencies between capabilites and model.

# Game version

My game version: (2.13.0.53)

# Description

The F-104 in-game displays multiple inconsistencies regarding which upgrade programmes it has gone through.

The main identifiable discrepancies can be identified in the 1961 project Grindstone modernisation which would add fuselage pylons (much like the F-104G) and the 65-67 deployment in SEA which would see the AN/APR-25 and APR/26 Radar Homing and Warning system added.

Despite not having either of these modernisations on the model of the aircraft, it still has access to a functional RWR during gameplay.

The problem we are then left with is that the Flight model seems to be an early variant F-104C, while the gameplay seems to be that of a late variant with some missing features.
