  • A bug has been fixed with unnaturally square puddles in the locations “Poland” and “Eastern Europe.
  • A bug has been fixed where in some areas of locations from certain angles the sea was not displayed, with “Minimal” graphic settings with “Water quality” set to “Low”.
  • A bug with missing shadows from decorations on ground vehicles in the hangar has been fixed.
  • In the info cards of vehicles obtained in special events, the name of the event has been added. These events are summer and winter marathons, WWII chronicles, crafting events and Battle Pass seasons.

Ground vehicles

  • Starstreak HVM — maneuverability at middle distances has been improved.

Aircraft

  • Jaguar GR.1A — a bug has been fixed with a missing distance multiplier of enemy ground vehicles while using the targeting pod.

Naval

  • Soldati class destroyers (RN Aviere, RN Geneire, RN Corazziere) — speed performance has been corrected, max speed has been increased to 38 knots.
  • IJN Aoba — a bug has been fixed where  AI-controlled single mount 25mm guns did not shoot at enemy aircraft (report).

Xbox

  • A bug with low texture quality on Xbox One and Xbox One S, which was observed immediately after launching the game has been fixed (report).

The current provided changelog reflects the major changes within the game as part of this Update. Some updates, additions and fixes may not be listed in the provided notes. War Thunder is constantly improving and specific fixes may be implemented without the client being updated.

Hi Stona, thank the team for the bug fixes.

 

I wanted to let you know that I think there is still a bug present with control related to the Starstreak: "maneuverability at middle distances has been improved" but you have forgot the fix on the Starstreak that the AH Mk.1 Apache carries.

 

Firstly the missile is not controllable enough mid flight like the Starstreak HVM (SAM) ground vehicle.

 

Secondly the missile is not centered on or fired along the aiming reticle. The first 2 seconds after being fired the missile travels at a course that is physically impossible relating to the  direction of flight and position of the weapon mounting (launched to the left or right of the aircraft).

 

Let me know if one needs in-game footage to support this.

Thank you so very much for fixing this, it's been an incredibly frustrating issue for several months now (along with the degrading-over-time texture issue, fixed last week). Nice to see my report mentioned too.

Hello, not sure if the update for the Stormer was actually implemented because recently the vehicle has been borderline unusable. 

 

What I find happening is that, if you're tracking a target that is perpendicular to you, the missile will launch WAY behind the aircraft that you are targeting and immediately try to correct too late and flies behind the target. The missile takes too long to get on to the targeting reticle and results in a miss. It seems that the Stormer is only really capable of hitting targets that aren't maneuvering greater that 4km away. At 10.3, that really hurts.

 

Perhaps I am not playing the vehicle correctly.......

Are there any changes to booster calculation included in this update that were not mentioned? I just recieved only 13.6 % extra RP out of a 500 % RP booster.

 

what I recieved:

 

801 RP : 5860 RP = 13,6 %

 

how it was calculated in the past:

 

5680 RP * 500 % = 29300 RP
