Char 25 T underperforming Traverse Speed

# Description

The Batignolles Chatillon 25 T (Char 25 T) uses it traverse acceleration instead of traverse speed as traverse speed

 

# Additional Information

The drive is currently 24°/s value, however this is not the traverse speed value but the drive acceleration value

 

Traverse speed is 6 t/min ( 6 turns per minute)

 

 

6 turns per minute is 360°x6 = 2160 

2160 degrees are traversed in 60 seconds. 2160/60 = 36°/s

 

The drive should turn the turret at 36°/s

 

 

24°/sec/sec is the speed at which the drive accelerates as /sec/sec is an old way to write /s²  , 

Hence why it is listed as "accélération" (acceleration) and not "vitesse" (speed)
