feedback Rptd: Fatal error exception before join hangar

Hi,

 

I have a "Fatal Error Exception" just before join Hangar

I tried everything but the issue still here.

 

I play on PC with my PSN account.

 

Need help.

 

# I have:

• Restarted the game: yes

• Cleared the cache: yes

• Checked game integrity: yes

• Disabled custom content: yes

• Uninstall and Reinstall: yes

• update GPU drivers : yes

 

# Game version

My game version: (2.9.0.101)

When you uninstalled the graphics driver did you use DDU or similar in Safe Mode?

Yeah, I used DDU in Safe Mode.

Can I ask you how you verified the files using Steam please.   I would like to know the process you have used.

 

What I am looking at in the clog looks very much like the cache still needs to be cleared and reset or the game files need verifying.

In my Steam library, I click on War Thunder -> Manage Game -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify files.

 

I already cleared the cache by delete cache folder.

Can you please provide the .dmp file that OD_IN has asked for, The knowledge base with explain how to find that file.

Please supply the file within the next 48 hours.  If there is no file added within this time frame.  I will close this report and you will need to make a new one with all the files asked for.
