Valentine (IX, XI) vertical guidance

# Description

Gun elevation and depression for the Valentine IX and XI is incorrect. Currently this is +20 and -12, this should be changed to +17 and -8.

The Valentine IX and XI have incorrect vertical guidance values, this should be changed as shown:

Gun elevation 20 --> 17

Gun depression -12 --> -8
