Expanding ammunition pages for naval, helicopter, and SPAA

War Thunder Wiki currently only has pages on plane and tank ammunition, plus tank ammo racks. Following my experience on the English Wikipedia, I believe we can expand this classification to cover all ammunition types used in game by repurposing the pages into "ammunition arranged in belts" and "ammunition arranged in single shots". This classification is practical for the game and mostly matches the real-life split of calibre.

Not a lot of changes will really be needed. Mainly additions and rephrases.

• Tips about fighting will be expanded to cover more vehicle types. For example, naval HE-DF requires no manual rangefinding.
• For tank (now "single-shot ammo") page, explain that SAP is just APHE with a lot of HE. Also something about HE with base fuze.
• For "ammo racks" page, add a section explaining naval ammo racks are usually right below the turret.
• Redirects. Helicopter ammunition will redirect to plane ammunition. "Naval ammunition" will be a disambig page pointing you to the tank/plane pages.
• Lead paragraphs will need to be changed to include more types.
• Possible renaming. I am currently proposing "Single-shot ammo" and "Belt ammo", but that sounds weird. We can also not rename at all to rely on redirects.
