# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Use any of the movie, max, high, medium, low graphic options

2. play the game

3. test drive 1 min~30min

# Additional Information

Only ulq graphics options don't cause any problems.

 

I've already done what the tech team told me before.

*clean boot

*reinstall graphics driver

*updated the new launcher

*Excluded file settings

*check files

*GPU and CPU overheat diagnosis.

*Reset cpu and memory overclock

Do you get any .dmp files created in your clog directory?

When you reinstalled the graphics driver, did you use something like DDU to remove all the 'deep' parts of the driver, in Safe Mode etc?

 

Like this:

Can you please remove the current graphics driver using DDU (or similar). https://www.wagnardsoft.com/

Please ensure that you follow the instructions and use Safe Mode.

Then re-install/install the latest driver and re-test.

 

Are you using a VPN?

I reinstalled it about 3 times using DDU.
I reinstalled it once using ddu in safe mode.

 

but let's do it again

I don't use a VPN

It is curious, as that driver and GPU are being used by other players without issue. 

 

Have you stress tested the GPU? 

If you know how to do this, have you tried removing the card and reseating it?

 

But I will report it to the Dev's and see what they say.
