Dear staff, I have a very troublesome problem here.When I choose yes for everyone or yes, iwant.....  This prompt is always displayed. 

I tried to change the network agent, restart the computer, log in again and change the browser, but it didn't help. I was really worried:（

until now, I've tried again for 8 hours  . please help me, dude

It's strange that I can log in to my friend's account and cancel it normally

Hello! I'm having the same problem as this, Sorry I didn't take a picture again. After I clicked "Got it", my Order was canceled but the system did not return me the GJN I ordered before. Hope someone can help? Thank so much.

My problem was resolved quickly after contacting Gaijin support. Many thanks for the enthusiastic help from Gaijin support team.
