The Kh-25ML missile has incorrect placement of the rocket motor and it has a tracer in the back, which should not be there. Here is what the missile currently looks like mid-flight: 

 

 

Additionally, the flames are physically above the missile's model, which is visible in these screenshots:

 

 

In the following videos real Kh-25ML missiles are launched. The placement of the rocket motor exhausts can be seen very clearly, as well as the absence of a tracer.
