Sound

• Allied/enemy tank engines now have the same sound volume.
• Sounds of shells and bullets passing by have been changed so that firing at the player’s vehicle is now more obvious.
• The radius of registration of bullet/shell flight has been changed from 18 to 30 meters.
• The volume of the sound informing the player that he has been detected by enemy radar has been increased.
• A bug that caused sounds of allied/enemy aircraft firing might not be played has been fixed.

will this fix the problem with leopard 1 and of-40 engines? leopard 1s are soo bloody loud i can hear them from 500m like they are next to me, but of-40 is soo silent like its engine isnt turned on

The new passing shells noise sounds just like my cat.   It caused some moments of confusion.

Does this mean the "My Engine Volume" slider has also been removed? It's kinda of absurd that this sort of "legal exploit" is allowed to exist in an online PvP game.

 

It's the same sort of issue as ULQ, but at least low graphics settings are justified by performance requirements, whereas this is not.

can we have an estimate on how long after the introduction of the AIM-7D missile into the game we will have to wait for the aircraft which first carried it, to receive it? this many months seems excessive is there some technical issue?
