Using wiki data externally

Quick question, is the use of offsite storage (extracting) of data from the wiki in 3rd party non-commercial/commercial apps allowed? 

 

Data would include/exported:

Images

Description

Vehicle details

 

Mainly the images from each tank page but maybe other details contained within each page.

 

This would be used in 3rd party app.

Try to understand if I can ship my android app bundled with (as apposed to user download them in the android app) image assets taken from the wiki pages with ref links back to War Thunder.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I really hope that you aren't intending to use the wiki info for any sort of encyclopedia on the real deal.  The stats are not accurate down to the number.  Just wanted to put that out there in case that's your intention.

Intending to use images primarily but maybe some info as well in a totally fictionalized format only.
