(29-07-2021) [2.3.0.85] Nb.Fz Wrong turret traverse

In game the Nb.Fz has Upgraded and no crew a turret traverse of 5.6°/sec, makes when turning scoped in an hand crank sound and is not affected when the battery is empty.

But the Nb.Fz had an electric turret traverse, to be exact in the development of the Pz IV the electric turret traverse was taken from the Nb.Fz. Turret traverse electric with 2.5 Turns per minute. 360*2.5=900 900/60= 15°/sec

Change: Upgraded and Aced turret speed: 14-15°/sec
