Many buttons in hangar are not responsible

Hello!
The game is freshly installed directly from website (no Steam) and version is 2.3.0.76
In battle all buttons seems to be working as they must do.
Problem is that in hangar and controls menu I CAN NOT choose or change many things. Mouse click simple does NOTHING.
In hangar I CAN select, open and change: research table, switch between nations, open options, controls, player card etc (looks like elements on upper side of screen are selectable)
In hangar I can NOT select, open or change: no switch between tanks inside of one preset, no switch between different presets, no messages, no chat, no squad etc (all things on lower part of screen)
In controls page I am able only assign new key with mouse doubleclick (but I cannot remove key), ALL OTHERS buttons are non resposnsible (remove binding, assign new key, close etc etc) I can close page only with X on right upper corner.
Cache folder (in WarThunder folder) emptied - no result.
What to do next ???

I've had these problems before but WAY in the past and can't remember how I fixed things. Maybe try running game in window mode and see what happens?

The problem is gone by itself.
I don't know reason
Launcher (and game itself) has now newer version 2.3.0.83
and my OS has recently major updates related to kernel and video.
Everything works as they must to do for two days now.
