Does anyone know what this part of the Sho't Kal does?

If there's any israeli tank experts lurking the board right now, what is this piece of the Sh'ot Kal Dalet? To me it almost looks like the Laser Warning Receiver on the Italian Leopard 1A5, which is plausible considering how much tech Italy and Israel share. It looks a bit bigger though, so probably not the exact same part. Or maybe I'm way off the mark and it's something else, maybe a weather sensor? Or just a radio antenna?

It's the MET sensor...

Meteorological sensor which provides input data for the Fire Control System (FCS) with things like ambient air temp and pressure, wind speed and direction etc

Along with other input data it allows the FCS to calculate an accurate ballistic solution.
