Could you please upload a .clog file from the same session as the error you are getting? As well as your full system information?

Could you please switch to the WIP client (The "Use 'Work-in-Progress' client checkbox in launcher) and see if you still get the same error and crash?

glxinfo | grep 'direct rendering'

 

also could you please upload the output of this command in a text file?

 

vulkaninfo

 

You may need to install the "vulkan-utils" package fist for that command to work.

Thank you, It looks like WT is using llvmpipe instead of your Intel iGPU, Do any other games/programs that use OpenGL/Vulkan work correctly? Could you please upload your latest Xorg log file?

I think EUIV and Dota2 both use Vulkan, and they work without problems. Dota always writes "compiling shaders" and runs it for a long time, so I just close it, and is still fine. Here is my latest (today) Xorg log. However I haven't tried to run WT since last .clog.

(and yes mouse occasionally just disconnects again, even after I put that to different port as per your suggestion here:

Thank you, Sorry I was mistaken, WT is trying to run on your Intel iGPU, Could you please upload the .dmp file (If one was created)) that goes with that latest .clog file you uploaded?
