Fwd:2020-08-22 [1.99.1.88] Leclerc should not have Commander Thermals

Issue Description:

The Leclerc in game currently has a Commander Thermal system on it, allowing the Commander's view to use thermal sights. This is not accurate to the real vehicle, which in the form it is in game only has the HS-70 Commander's Sight, which was present on both the Series 1 and Series 2 French vehicles. This sighting system does not have a thermal sight, only an image intensifier, making the in game vehicle inaccurate and possessing a powerful ability it does not actually have. Only the Series XXI, a much later upgraded version that features other major upgrades and differences from the current version had the later sight design, which introduced a commander's independant thermal channel, but that is a VERY different version from the in game one.

 

As such, the version in game to be accurate should not have a Commander's Thermal system.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

Get into a Leclerc in game with the NVD upgrade, and activate thermals while in Commander view.
