Bad change :( it'll be facing stuff it can not compete with, I play this allot, and it already struggled with 8.0/8.3 jets, it'll do terrible in 8.7 games. It's like how the F3D became the worst jet in the game when they removed the air spawn. Another jet on the shelf collection it goes to now. This feels more of a slap in the face to the owners of the jet. I played 6.3 games with it, barely. I rarely ever gotten a 6.3 game, in 6.7 games, i got handed to. Terrible turn rate, the only advantage you got against a 6.7 is speed, other than that they got you in turns. 7.3 is okay, you have brain dead players who don't know how to play a early jet and go straight to ground then complain when you rocket them when they climb up in a stalling manor. 7.7 is risky play you get outclassed by everything, your chance is headons only or distracted players in a chase. 8.0/8.3  is deadman's land, out classed by everything no point of even taking off. 8.7 why bother even spawning. You're just a free kill at this point. THis BR move only suffices for the players who can not fight air battles. This just ruins the jet at this point. I played the F-89B, the jet just sucks, It's only 7.7 because of ground battles. It's just like a sabre, but clunky and slower but can top pen most tanks. 7.3 was a good slot for it. Not allot of players play the F-89D for the 7.3 > 7.7 change. This change is based on outcry rather than actual gameplay stats. Being like what a 70$ jet, not that many people's wallet fund that.

This is mega bad. That KE-W round will lolpen anything it sees. It's like placing the M1 Abrams at 8.7.

The B-29 already Suffer(ed)s at 6.3, now it has to suffer even more at 6.7/7.7 plus a already suffering repair cost again. The repair costs went up and rewards went down (again). Please for the love of snails, stop.

If you are moving it to 6.7, give it the 20mm tail gunner to have a viable fighting chance. Having a pellet gun at 6.7 will never work.

Might as well remove this bomber from the tech tree and place it aside on the premium side so newer players do not have to suffer from this monstrosity.

If you wont give it the 20mm gun, make the AI Actually shoot then. Whats the point of "AI" gunners on a aced lv.75 slot if they are munching on donuts and reading a book.

Out of my 400 battles with it, Ai only ever shot once, and thats when someone was just chilling next to me for 30 minutes as they escorted me to their OWN base to let me get something. The shooting didn't barely do anything to them as they tracked horribly and i just switched them off for feeling bad they shot in the first place. You need to bomb 3 bases, and get 5 air kills just to get anything back in decent terms. That's just with premium. Playing with out premium, you are just playing for fun at that point, and if fun is getting pounded and losing silver, sign me up for the daily news letter. This is forcing players, yes forcing, to climb 12,000M just to avoid being killed, then dragging the match out for the full time. I rather climb 12KM and sit up there for 40 minutes, then die in 3 minutes from a single 30mm cannon which should not even take my tail off.

I tried it several times today but it seems like nothing has changed for the He111.

Can you (or anybody else) confirm?

 

I am using the WIP-client btw. Is it right on the stable?

Noticing the aircraft sounds are extremely loud now. I can barely hear my squadron mates on Discord over the sound of the engines. Granted, I have other player's engines set to 98%, but that's so I can hear enemy tanks around the corner. Now all I can hear are planes and I have to shout to be heard.

Hey Gents.  The sound changes messed something up.  I'm hearing explosions like they are within 1km of me when they are at least 5km or more.  This is in Air RB.

I don't want to start an argument about whether or not that would deem the vehicle a hard pass to play with either too expensive or too uptiered. That would go into another thread referring to what the Tu-4 pilots rather and what can be done (Of course this can be turned back and there's stats and else). I would personally rather a lower br and Its repair cost as it was. Since i consider it's up to me take care of my plane since it took so much to build. But again i've never played such plane. Anyways

The TBF-1c BR change is wrong on the post. The update says RB 2.7 -2.3, SB 2.7 - 2.3  but when I look in the game it say RB 2.3 witch is right but the SB say 2.0 not 2.3 so witch is it? hope this gets change in the tree to 2.3 cause there are lots of U.S. bombs already in Rank 1 battles TBD, PBYs, B-10, B18.

i'm agree with you, there is no improve, now sounds really bad... prop airplanes are so louder.. even more than a jet engine.... tanks volume are low, artillery ultra loud... would be nice to go back to previous update....

The sounds of explosions heard while flying are too high-pitched. Plane exploding a few kilometers away sounds like an air gun, too short and too shallow. Even real life fireworks sound more bassy. Also should I hear ground explosion at the 5 km alt and 10 km away from it? (...a second after explosion?)

 TU-4 8.0, kinda understandable sincew the 3-4 man squads just rushed bases and killed the little fun there was at the BR
B29 6, if you finally give bomber a decent damage model then sure, made a video where a german 20mm clipped my wing ( TU-4 ) with maybe 10 rounds while i dumped thousands of rounds on him, got crit and fire and he just went on

why is the Chief Mk.10 still at 9.0 ? ( should be 8.7 )
Cent Mk.1 5.7 ( should be 6.0 )
Black Prince 6.0 ( should be 5.3 or 5.7 )
the other CHurchills should all be lowered cuz there very limited in use
 

US TBF gets lowered, why not the British Avenger ?
same payload except the Uncle Tom that is not even that good

Type 89, CV90105 TML, M60 AMBT, Ariete (Preserie), Ariete PSO, Ariete — a bug has been fixed with jerky movement when turning from halted whilst the W and A/D buttons are pressed, vehicle repeatedly trying to switch between N and first gears. 

This is still not fixed. Tested it. Uninstalled game and reinstalled but the problem above is still there.

The sounds has gotten very loud all ground and air modes. I went from 100% master to 40% just to get it low enough to ear the squad talking, and the voice is maxes out for all of us. This is across the baord with all my squad mates not isolated to just one system.

This update really screwed up the volume of the sounds and everything is just out of whack as its while direction is still easy to tell, the distance is off. What sounds like its around the corder could be 600 meters away.   

Please I hope this gets fixed as it makes it really difficult to play currently.

Has this issue been addressed? Because I'm experiencing the same thing.  It can be excruciating since I use headphones when playing the game.

Worked on, expect this to be implemented in next version.  Probably at the end of SUMMER.
