  • A bug on the PS4 and Xbox One, where the multifunctional menu axis settings disappeared from the interface after selecting the “Keyboard + Mouse” control preset, or after resetting the controls, has been fixed.
  • A bug on the PS4 occurring when the DS4 was disabled, where it wasn’t possible to rotate the camera with a mouse in the hangar, has been fixed.
  • A rare client crash on PS4 occurring while using a joystick has been fixed.
  • Now, in VR mode, the cursor will not disappear when opening the tactical map window.
  • A rare client crash which would occur when displaying the hit camera has been fixed.
  • A rare client crash which would occur when using the in-game browser has been fixed.
  • Now, on the preview window of a squadron vehicle, the price of the vehicle will be displayed in GE.
  • Tu-14T - rear turret aiming angles have been changed according to technical specifications.
  • M.B.174A-3 - the position of the pilot’s head relative to the aiming sight has been improved.
  • AH-1G - the ammo cartridge capacity of the M129 grenade launcher has been changed from 231 to 300.\
  • BMP-2M - the sound of the AGS-17 grenade launcher has been changed so that it sounds authentic, like it does in real life.
  • The sound of explosions when contact is made with a target has been added for low-calibre HE shells and AGS-17 grenades.
  • Weather conditions have been corrected in all night missions. Now there will always be a moon and clear weather.

The current provided changelog reflects the major changes within the game as part of this Update. Some updates, additions and fixes may not be listed in the provided notes. War Thunder is constantly improving and specific fixes may be implemented without the client being updated.

There are always data miners in the rumor thread and there's sometimes hot news being dropped from staff members, so it's worth keeping an eye on it for at least such news posts ;)

Now that is surprising and brings some hope. There are so many weird issues in the half done VR mode that I thought it was abandoned and not even worth to report the issues.

Did you fix the bmp-2m missile bug? I joined 3 games and I only had 4 missiles in total, not eight. Also, the game before I had none. I don't know how this happened but it was fixed when I changed ammo to the apds belt.

another report about Technical Specification... (am I doing it right?)

 

-Breda 501 tire tracks on rear wheel doesn't look right, the gunner aim from left while the gun sight located on left side of the gun

-M19 suspension only animated on certain part of the vehicle

-M41 Bulldog and M42 Duster (all nation) suspension animation doesn't look good, the suspension "bar" came out from it's "tube"

-Sdkfz 6/2 ammunition storage location missing (behind driving cabin)

-StuG III G gunner periscope when gun traverse is not animated (also raise back the MG shield on this assault gun)

-R3 T20 FA HS elevation hydraulic bar animation on 20 mm turret is not modeled

-Sdkfz 234 puma (all version) an unusual model when turning the wheels has been spotted

-Wirbelwind gunner sight when gun elevate is not modeled

What a joke this game has become. Please rename the "Realistic" game mode to "Not Even Close to Real".

According to the lastest Q&A

A. No. First, it is not realistic to launch an air-to-air missile from a ground carrier to ground target. Yes, we do know about test launches of the IR-guided air-to-air missiles on ground targets, but these vehicles will not benefit from this, since the missiles are too weak to destroy any ground vehicle, except unarmoured/lightly armoured ones. However, we plan to give these vehicles abilities, similar to light tanks (repair help, scouting, etc.) to make these vehicles useful even when there’s no threats from above.

 

Type 93  got the scout now but the vehicle still can't repair teammates, is it a bug or didn't change their mind for some reason ?

This is an excellent change; hopefully pitch-black night missions with the artificial-looking black square area around the player are now finally gone.
