Currently the Tigercats (F7F-1, F7F-3) only have access to mid-war .50 caliber belt combinations. This is not historically accurate, as they are late-war aircraft (introduced in 1944).

F7F-1 Tigercat, F7F-3 Tigercat

 

3. If applicable, the difficulty setting (e.g. Arcade) in which the issue occurs.

All difficulty settings as this is a issue with the aircraft's belt choices.

 

4. If applicable, an attached screenshot showing the issue, as well the client reply file and the server replay.

As you can see, the P-47M-1-RE Thunderbolt has access to a vastly far different array of late-war belt combinations, compared to the mid-war belt combinations currently available to the F7F-3 Tigercat (F7F-1 has the same combinations). Chiefly, the M23 API bullet.

The belt choices available to the F7F-1 and F7F-3 Tigercats should be identical to other late-war US aircraft (see: P-47M-1-RE, P-51H-5-NA).
