I give up on leaving detailed feedback on these things, instead I'll just re-direct to my previous post on the same subject matter.

Can We Speak On Why The Type 60 APC Still Is Higher BR Than The AMX-13 (S.11) & STRV-81? 

Type 60 = An APC, With The Worst Missles In Game, That Can Be Easilly Shot Down By Any MG Fire.
STRV-81 = A Centurion, An Actual Tank With Main Gun, And Better Missles Than The Type 60.
AMX-13 = A Light Tank, With A Main Gun, Has The Same Better Missles As The STRV-81, Can Be Played Exactly As The Type 60 (With Scouting & Missles) Or Used To Flank.

RB

 

G.91R (all variants) - 9.0 to 8.7

They just don't have the speed and energy retention to fight 10.0s, and as you refuse to up the max BR, they should be 8.7. 

 

G.91 pre-serie - 8.7 to 8.3

Same as above

 

F-100D - 9.7-10.0

Due to multiple buffs/fixes, the F-100 is absolutely capable of 10.0.

 

Chieftain Mk.5 - 8.7 - 8.3 OR 8.7 WITH L23

It's just not on par with the 8.7 premiums and is roughly equal to the Mk.3.

 

Chieftain Mk.10 - 9.0-8.7

The mobility is terrible, the armor cannot block any 10.0 or even 9.0 rounds, it should not be 9.0.

Bf 109 G-2 was overperforming or did i misssed something?

Anyway it is fine at 5.3 it can survive that,

 

Can you specify wich G55 is going to be 5.3 in AB?

Also a suggestion:

T95E1 medium tank, US rank VI, Realistic Battles, BR 8.0 to 7.7

It doesn't have stabilizer, and its mobility is mediocre. Its armor is insufficient. It has a powerful APFSDS, but it sacrificed its fire rate(its rate of fire is same as the 100mm). It also racks rangefinder, which is a disadvantage in long range combat. Most 7.7 tanks can outperform this. Thus, I think it is time to bring it down to 7.7. even M60 does better than the T95E1.

What about putting the G.91 R/1 R/3 and R/4 at 8.7? It is really annoying to fight Phantoms or Mig-19 / 21s. Then you can also put the R/3 together with the Leo A1A1 in ground RB and don't worry about getting matched against 10.0 tanks

Some good and reasonable changes for Air RB like for the P-51K, CW-21, P-66, F-89B or Re.2005 (although facing 51Hs is actually quite questionable). The I-185 (M-71) however should not go down to 4.7, the only thing holding it back are the lackluster Shvaks, the flight performance is more than 5.0 worthy.

 

Also there are quite a few more BR changes that are needed to make the game more balanced.

 

All changes are for Air RB:


P-40F: up to 3.0 - it retains all the good characteristics of the P-40E and combines it with a better engine and thus higher speed - makes no sense that the 40F sits at the same BR as the P-40E
P-39N: up to 3.7 - it's faster, climbs better than for example the P-63A-5. It's insanely fast for a currently 3.0 plane: 571 kph @ SL and 640 kph @ 3000 m
P-47D-28: up to 5.3 - basically a discount 47M since it received the 70 "Hg boost, only marginally worse than the 47M on WEP and significantly better on mil power (300 HP more) and thus it should only be one (if at all actually) BR step lower
P-51H-5: up to 6.7 - it simply has the performance of a 6.7 in comparison to props, why is it lower than the Spitfire Mk.24?
F4U-1a up to 3.3 - very similar performance as the USMC, has no reason to be at 2.7 (way too fast (> 570 kph @ SL), good firepower, good roll and turn - it's a joke one can face He 112 in it)
F4U-4B: up to 6.0 - very fast on the deck, incredible guns with plenty of ammo, excellent roll and turn at virtually all speeds, probably the best prop after the 51H and the late Griffons

 

Ki-87: down to 5.7 - neither its speed, RoC, or maneuverability make it a 6.0 plane (let alone make it capable of fighting 7.0 jets). The Ki-94-II overall is very similar and sits at 5.7 (same as a 47M...), and the Ki-87 should be at the same BR
J2M5: down to 5.3 - a bit faster than the J2M3 but trades that bit of speed for a lower RoC, both should share the same BR
N1K1-Ja: down to 5.0 - since the latest FM change it is now insanely slow for a 5.3 aircraft (514 kph @ SL and 614 kph @ 6.2 k m), performance is actually closer to a Spitfire F Mk. IX ...
N1K2s: down to 5.7 - they lost their fantasy FM ages ago and got moved one step lower the last BR change but that's not enough, they have nothing on the jets they face while being at 6.0
Ki-84 hei: down to 6.0 - there is no reason why any Ki-84 should be able to face jets, let alone jets like BR 7.3 F-84B or F-89Bs. It's way too slow to make it viable against 7.3 jets (or even the 7.0 ones...)
J5N1: down to 5.0 - its RoC is slightly worse than a Ki-84, it's also slower than them, and obviously doesn't hold a candle against almost all single engine fighters it will encounter (let alone stuff like 51Hs), should not be 5.3

Kikka: up to 7.3 - after the FM a while ago its performance (speed and RoC) is way too good for 6.7
F4U-1a: up to 3.3 - same reasons as for the american one

 

Yak-1 and -7B: up to 3.0 - way faster than almost any other plane at their BR (except the undertiered Bf 109 F-1 or He 100), still competetive maneuverability, speed, RoC and armament for this BR range
Yak-1B: up to 3.3 - overall better than the previous Yaks so it should have a higher BR
Yak-9/9B: up to 3.3 - same reason as for the Yak-1B
Pokryskin's P-39N: up to 3.7 - it's faster at lower alts, climbs better, turns and rolls better than the P-63A-5. It's insanly fast for a currently 3.0 plane: 574 kph @ SL and 644 kph @ 3k m

 

Bf 109 E-1: up to 2.7 - identical flight performance as the E-3, just 4 MG 17 instead of 2 + 2 MG/FFs - still a good armament for this BR
He 100: up to 2.7 - performance is way better than anything at this BR - only the 3 MGs are holding it a bit back
Bf 109 F-1: up to 3.3 - there is no reason why the F-1 should face biplanes or other early T1 aircraft, can compete with planes from 3.0-4.0 with its climb rate, maneuverability and general speed, should not be lower than the F-2

Bf 109 F-4: up to 4.3 - due to the engine settings it has a very similar performance to the Bf 109 G-2, both should be at the same BR then
Bf 109 G-6: up to 5.3 - minor speed difference to the G-14, identical engine, very similar performance
Me 264: up to 4.7 - bomb load, speed, and defensive armament are way too good for 4.0 - Do 217s are 4.7/5.0 for comparison
Ju 288 C: up to 6.0 - it's incredible effective due to its speed, incredibly tanky (aka broken) DM, good defensive armament and good bomb load

 

Boomerang Mk.I and Mk.II: down to 2.7 - there is no reason why these things are at 3.3 since they are way too slow to deal with planes like 109 F-4s, Yak-3s, La-5FNs or Kingcobras. They are also not better than the Spitfire Mk. IIs
Spitfire Mk. Vc: down to 4.3 - worse in performance than the Spitfire Mk. IX (only advantage are the 2 additional cannons). The performance difference over the Vc/trop also doesn't really justify +0.3 higher BR
Beaufighter Mk. 21: down to 3.7 - minor upgrade to the Mk. X, not 4.0 worthy 
Corsair F Mk. II: up to 3.3 - see other Corsairs

 

C.205/1: up to 3.3 - same performance as the C.205/3, just worse guns, should not be 3.0            
C.205/3: up to 4.3 - better plane than the G.55/0, schould be 4.3 (like a Spitfire Mk. IX for example)

 

Chinese P-47D-28: up to 5.3 - same performance as the US one

Jagdpanzer IV 4-7 --> 4.3

 

 

It's armour is bad at 4.7.

Hetzer is now 4.3 so why not this one too?

 

 

Tiger E 5.7 --> 5-3

Very minor improvements over Tiger H1

 

 

G.91 R/1/3/4 9.0--> 8.7 

MiG 15bis is now at 8.7 and a way better plane.

G.91 accelerates awfully, has bad energy retention and climb

 

 

VT1-2 8.3 --> 8.7

Won't change much, still 8.3 is a tiny bit too low

 

 

Ar 234 B-2 6.7 --> 6.0 or 5.7

Unarmed and slow jet bomber

 

 

Me 262 A-1a and A-1a/U1 Schwalbe 7.0 --> 6.7 

Very slow accelerating, bad climbing and not very good starter jets, F-80-A5 is better in every regard

 

 

Me 262 C-1a Heimatschützer I 8.0 --> 7.3

Very bad plane, nobody flies it.

It's booster is very limited and the effect is not even half as good as on C-2b

 

 

Begleitpanzer 57 8.3 --> 8.0

All other IFVs are at 8.0 and the Begleit isn't even as good as BMP 2 and Type 89

 

 

BMP-1 7.3 --> 7.7 or 8.0

All other IFVs are 8.0

 

 

Panther G/F  6.0 --> 5.7

French Panther G is at 5.7 with a better turret (bouncier) and the F is has worst gun handling of Panthers

 

 

VK4501 (P) 5.3 --> 5.0

Worse than normal Tiger 1 in every aspect

 

Panzer III J1/L/M 3.0 --> 2.7

Mediocre gun, ok armour for medium tank.

M4A3 105 is at 2.7

 

StuG III A 2.3 --> 1.7

Turreted tank is at 2.0

 

 

StuG III F 3.7 --> 3.3

Its turreted tank version is 3.3

 

 

StuG III G 4.0 --> 3.7

It should be lower than the turreted tank

 

 

RakJpz 2 HOT 9.3 --> 8.7

Only one ATGM launcher which is also usually defeated by composite armour

 

 

Shturm-S 9.3 --> 8.7

Again, just an ATGM vehicle

 

 

M901 ITV 8.3 --> 8.7 

It can hide and be invincible, double launcher

 

 

Fw 190 A-5 and A-5/U12 4.7 --> 4.3

U-2 is 5.3 with less armament but also better performance

 

 

Fw 190 A-4 4.0 --> 3.7

Worse than A-5

 

 

Do 217 M-1/K-1 5.0 --> 4.7

Medium bombers, easily intercepted and bad defensive armament

Can we Please for all thats holy move the Mk 5 Chieftain down to 8.3 where it belongs and the mk10 down to 8.7 now that you have the Premium leopard 1 that has the same pen, is 4 times more mobile and has thermals where the mk10 has standard NV only. You guys already have the mk10 chieftains SL cost at 2-3k spaded it looks like, this should be the biggest indicator that it doesn't belong at 9.0. Theres pretty much a super mobile APFSDS slinging premium for every nation at 8.7 now.The mk5 literally just turns better and can actually make it up hills, so I have to wonder why its 8.7. So please move the mk5/mk10 chieftains that are out of place chieftains down a tick. Please?

I think a better way to solve this is move Hunter f6 and F-100 to 10.0 in RB. I think 9.7 should be reserved for afterburner sub sonic like G91YS. Hunter F6 is just doing too well with Sraam in a downtier which they can still get at 10.0 but less common.

Nothing on the supersonics? (RB) The F4C, MiG-19PT/S. the T-2 and the MiG-21F Need to be increased in BR: There's nothing an F-86F, F-86K, MiG-17 can do against the Mach 2 capable jets if they don't make a critical error. 10.3/10.7 would be ideal.

 

I also believe the G.91 Pre Serie should be 8.3. It doesn't have the thrust to compete with 9.7s AT ALL. and it struggles to pull without risking ripping above 800kph. It also doesnt break 1050kph unlike the MiG-15bis or the venom which can at least use its turn rate.

More like both to 4.7 or 5.0

These planes aren't that good and the G-14 is overtiered considering it doesn't have performance at altitude

It would be great if Falcon could be moved down to 7.3 in RB so that it can be used with Centurion Mk 10, Vickers MBT and Conqueror. Currently it doesn't really work well as at 7.7 it has no tanks to be used with, and Marksman is available at 8.0 which is generally a better choice. Now the Centurion Mk 10 and Vickers are going up, it could be moved down 1 increment and used with these tanks.

B-18 Bolo and B-10B changes are very much welcome, but later American bombers definitely need some help in terms of BR.

 

  • B-17E & E/L - The legendary "Flying Fortress" is simply ineffective at it's BR of 5.3. The opposition is too strong, and the bombload is too weak for it's BR. It simply cannot make a significant impact during a match.
  • B-24 - While slightly better than the B-17E in terms of bombload, it still is ineffective at the high BR of 6.0. In addition, it has the chance to face jets which the B-24 just can't fight against.
  • B-17G - A welcome improvement over the B-17Es, but same as the B-24, it still has a lot of trouble at 6.0. It gets late war turret belts which help it's defense, but compared to other bombers, the B-17G is very weak.
  • PB4Y - It has amazing defensive armament and a better bombload than the B-17E/L, but it still is a horrible bomber at 5.7. Due to it being a maritime aircraft, it's engines simply can't keep up at high altitudes. It also is very, very slow which heavily reduces its chances of reaching a bombing base.

 

My main argument for these BRs is the German bombers. Germany has the Me 264 which is at 4.0 BR. The Me 264 is better than all of the B-17s in terms of defensive armament, speed and bombload at a much lower BR. There is also the BV 238 which has an amazing bombload and can arguably defend itself better than the B-17s at 3.3. 

 

I propose these BRs:

 

  • B-17E - 5.3 -> 4.0 (Me 264 would still be a superior bomber at the same BR.)
  • B-17E/L - 5.7 -> 4.3
  • PB4Y - 5.7 -> 5.0-5.3
  • B-17G-60-VE - 6.0 -> 5.0
  • B-24D-25-CO - 6.0 -> 5.0

Ground RB:

 

Black Prince (6.0 -> 5.7)

With long 88s at 5.7 there's no reason for this slow tank to be at 6.0, when every opponent it faces can penetrate it at it's BR, it has a gun from a 3.3, with 5.3 ammunition, and a 4.7 hull at 6.0?

For RB

 

Type 60 ATM 7.0->6.7 Flatly recognized as one of the worse vehicles in the game. While lowering it's BR will not really make it any better, it will put it more in line with vehicles like the STRV 81, and fit with the 6.7 lineup

Tiger H1 5.3->5.7 A supremely excellent tank. Mobile enough to deal with up-tiers. Excellent gun, excellent armor. Only let down by the people who play it

French vehicule like the AMX30 B2 and BRENUS needs to move  between 7.7 and 8.3  (being both of them either 7.7/8.0/8.3)

French vehicule like barougan/ouragon has been put with mig15 where it CANT fight

French vehicule like both gazelle can not compete with any helicopter of other countrys, needsto be reduced to 9.0 becaus of their armaments

USA vehicule like H34 are being abused with the mouse guided bullpup, and destroying the 7.0 brackets, the hilcopter need to got at 9.0 or 9.3

French vehicule like AMX50 surblindé and Surbaissé needs to be put at 7.7, all other tanks has near the reaload speed and has armor to compensate the shell the can bounce
AA vehicules mut have a diferent BR from what are AA with radio proximity-fuse shell and other noramle types....AMX30DCA like example is inferior to the  M247 USA AA

French vehicule like AMX10RC needs a reduce d BR for uncorrectmodel and perforamnce, and is not equal the the ITA centauro, (it is clearly inferior to the centauro)

 

GENERALE BR  should be raised becaus france is getting so much probleme on balancing that ther is no suitable BR where it is balanced for france

 

100% for RB, 

i dont know for AB

But what about tank RB? If you take the G.91 R/3 and the Leo A1A1 you get yeeted into 10.0
