I have a problem with these medals(no progress):

- Bronze Medal of Merit;

- Silver Medal of Merit;

- Order of the German Eagle 5th Class;

- Order of the German Eagle 4th Class;

- Order of the German Eagle 3th Class.

Hi,

   You will need to provide more information than you have currently.  

 

We would need a before game screenshot of the medal count, then the replay's, clog's and screenshots of the end game screen showing place etc.  Then the after game screenshot for each medal.

 

Please ensure that your reports follow the guidelines.  These are in colour and bold right above the start new topic button.

Hi,

   These seem to be counting for me.   I can't say I have been watching them that carefully (or even at all) but I seem to have kill/games etc attributed to those medals that you mention.

Please try this:

1. Exit the game.

2. Using File Explorer/This PC - navigate to the War Thunder directory on your computer system.

3. Locate the 'cache' sub directory in the War Thunder directory and delete it.

4. Restart War Thunder via the game Launcher.

5. Click the spanner icon in top right of screen which will open the second launcher screen.

6. Click the Check files button located on the left hand side of screen in about the middle of the page and allow game to check files and update.

7. Enter Game and re-check for issue.

8. Let me know how it goes.

It doesn't help me.

I still have no progress.

I don't have enough space here, so I used another storage, tell if there is a problem.

To free up forum space do the following:

Please go to your Forum Profile.  (Very top right hand side of this page - you will see your username displayed -next to Messages and Notifications)

Select > Profile Name > My Attachments (Left hand side menu)

Select File(s) and Delete accordingly

 

Also try this:

1. Exit the game.

2. Using File Explorer/This PC - Locate the profile.config.blk and delete it.  (This should be in the User folder (usually on C:)path 'should be' C:\Users\(yourcomputerloginnamehere)\AppData\Local\War Thunder) if this is not the case you will need to adjust the path or search it.

3. Locate the War Thunder directory on your system.

4. Locate the 'cache' sub directory in the War Thunder directory and delete it.

5. Restart War Thunder via the game Launcher and allow game to update and analyze Files.

6. Enter Game and re-check for issue.

7. Let me know how it goes.
