  • A bug where rockets were not reloaded on ATGM carriers has been fixed.
  • A bug where the smoke grenades were not being reloaded has been fixed.
  • The probability of night battles has been increased in random ground forces battles in AB and RB for vehicles of rank 9.0 and higher. 
  • Sound playback logic for naval guns has been optimized.
  • The composition for sound assets in engines on naval vehicles has been optimized.
  • The volume of the sound mix in the game has been adjusted to the ASWG (Sony Audio Standards Working Group) standard.
  • Changes to bulk savings of Golden Eagles is now implemented.

 

Server Update (26.09.19)

 

  • F-4C — A preset with 4x AIM9E mounted on wing pylons and the SUU-23/A container on the central pylon have been added.
  • EC-665 Tiger UHT — A preset with 8х PARS 3 LR and 4x AIM-92 Stingers has been added.
  • Мi-24В/P & Мi-35М —  The number of flares has been changed from 128  to 196.
  • G.91 YS — The separate firing offensive weaponry for has been changed to the larger calibre. 

The current provided changelog reflects the major changes within the game as part of this Update. Some updates, additions and fixes may not be listed in the provided notes. War Thunder is constantly improving and specific fixes may be implemented without the client being updated.

Game sounds are still quiet. 

As per last update, all my sound sliders are 100%, and my system volume is 100%.

Ive checked my headset settings, they're all normal (Razer Kraken V2)

2 Patches now and the game sounds faint.

I've noticed this in particular in the last couple of days playing ground vehicles. Have to turn up volume on my headset so much to hear game sounds that my teammates comms in Discord is almost deafening.

 

Overall while the new sound effects are more impressive technically their implementation has been very poor. Sound direction shifts from one ear to the other with only minor view direction changes meaning locating the true direction of a sound source very difficult. Sounds in cockpit are screwed too.

 

 

Also it'd be good if this bug or undocumented new feature could be addressed too:

Affects at least 7 maps and is most unwelcome and annoying for us Sim players.

I got same problem too.. everything is 100% volume ingame as my own speaker volume (speaker)..

We had a server update quickly released after the client update, so we merged both patchnote:

 

Server Update (26.09.19)

I used to turn the sound down when I would get on line with WT.  Now, I hardly hear anything.  It is so bad that my volume is up to 90%.  However, it blasts once you get into game play.

Even though this how fixed some of my issues. I have to turn the volume up to very loud. My gun fire is still quiet but can hear now. But when i crash in a plane, o my god, it blows out my ear drums. seriously not funny. You are nearly there with the sounds.
