I was thinking to make this post to archive all the FRB videos in this post, this way if someone made a new video, he can share it here with the FRB community players =)

I'll start with my video. Today, 3 enemy jets in the russian team. In my team there's no jet... See it with your own eyes...

That looks like fun - nice flying. I also noticed your resolution is WAYYY better than mine. May I ask - what is your setup (low, high, custom) and what FPS do you get? What are you using for views - mouse? JS hatswitch? trackir?

He is using head tracking software. Was nice to watch a mig-9 go down thanks for the upload.

 

I'll check out snappy's now.

As he says, i use freetrack, My configuration is Track clip pro Official + PS3 Eye. My freetrack runs at 75 FPS with 640x480. 

My important components of PC are:
AMD FX-6100 Six core 3.6Ghz
Nvidia GTX550 Ti 2Gb (bullshit but can run almost all the new games, I'll buy soon the GTX760)
8 GB Ram
500Gb HDD seagate

My screen is: Acer 1600x900 (this is 16:9, i can run games at 1080p, it's compatible. I can render at 1080 without problems.)

The program i use to rec is Dxtory and my FPS has an average of 30 FPS and 40 FPS, if i play pacific maps, maybe 50 FPS.

My settings in game are All in full except Shadows in high and without Extra AA. SSAO at minimum (all this for improve the Spotting)

My average of FPS in game depends of the map, the time and the quantity of clouds. There's only one map that i have bad fps, Operation bulgue, but only and low altitude, especially looking at the trees.

I am running an Intel i5-3330 with 6gb and Intel HD on board graphics. With min setting I get 30 to 50 FPS - low drops below 20 FPS.   :facepalm:

 

How much better do you think a GeForce 650 GTX 1GB (US$ 130) would be? I am also a bit concerned if the 300w power supply will handle it - that's why I think the higher-end cards are not an option - they really pull some power.

I remember you... As you can se, all the time that video goes, you don't damage the mig while i'm attacking. I didn't steal nothing, If i stole your mig, it's like say that i've stole all the planes of the match... :S. And i watched again the replay because you dive on him while i was attacking him, in that attack you fail all your bullets... xD

The p-51 swings a lot... T.T xD And i was nervous taking down a jet :S

You have to know that all the Nvidia graphics with the number 50 at his 2 last numbers, are bullshit. Next time try to buy at least like 560, 660, the GTX660 Ti its a nice graphic card but 250€... How much is better than mine? Well, i've heard that the 600 series consume less than other series but have less Bus broad but i don't think that's the problem... i don't want to say that but it's probably that you Board graphics affects to the external graphic card... I don't have mother board graphic...

I can't even find benchmarks on the GTX 650 (just the Ti) so I can't really say for sure, but pretty much any discrete card will give a you a boost over Intel graphics. I would not run it with only a 300w power supply though.
